Faculty
STS currently has a strong faculty of 46 full-time teachers, including 18 professors and 12 associate professors. The School takes pride in being the first and only recipient of the prestigious "Huang Danian-style Tourism Management Teacher Team" award. Its faculty achievements include one National Level Talent, one Elsevier Highly Cited Researcher in Business, Management and Accounting for four consecutive years, two Beijing Great Wall Scholars, four Beijing Distinguished Teaching Masters, three recipients of Beijing's Talent Project and Youth Elite awards, thirteen municipal university talents, three Beijing Outstanding Talents, and one Beijing Scientific Research Innovation Team. Faculty members also hold influential and representative roles across key tourism sub-sectors, such as culture-tourism integration, digital cultural tourism, ecotourism, hotel group operations, and international MICE services. Collectively, STS has established itself as a major force in China's tourism education landscape.
